Privacy Policy

We collect the information you submit through our forms (property address, name, phone number, email, and situation notes) and standard website analytics. We use it for one purpose: evaluating your property and communicating with you about your options.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to run this business (escrow, title, our CRM) and as required by law.

Text messages and calls

Our form has two optional boxes, both unchecked until you check them. The first lets SunnyNest Homes LLC text you about your offer request: confirmations, follow-up questions about your property, and appointment reminders. The second lets us send marketing calls, texts, and emails about offers to buy your property, including with automated technology. When you check either box, we record which box, the date and time, the page you were on, the wording you saw, and the IP address you submitted from, so we can prove your choice. If you leave both unchecked, we still reply to you personally, and you get no automated texts or calls.

Program: SunnyNest Homes seller updates. Message frequency varies, usually a few messages about your property. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, and you will get one message confirming you are opted out. Reply HELP for help, or call 858-956-5599 or email hello@sunnynesthomes.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to anyone. The only outside companies that handle your phone number are the service providers that deliver our messages.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our private learning area, and only after you sign in there. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to run and secure the site, and may count page visits without cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the rest of the site still works.

How we protect your information

Your information is stored with our CRM and website providers, which encrypt it in transit (HTTPS) and limit access to password-protected accounts we control. Only the people at SunnyNest Homes LLC who need your information to work on your property can see it. We keep it only as long as we need it to evaluate your property and stay in touch, or as the law requires, and we delete it when you ask. No system is perfectly secure, and if we ever learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
